Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown per square foot and per box. Flooring is sold by the full box. We may cancel an order if a price was listed in error, and we refund any payment in full if we do.

Pickup

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of our ready notice unless we agree otherwise.

Delivery

Delivery is to the curb or driveway by liftgate truck. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Claims for visible damage must be noted at delivery.

Returns

Unopened, full boxes in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days with the receipt. A restocking fee may apply. Samples, cut or installed material, and special orders are not returnable. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Installation

Inspect every plank before you install it. Installing a plank means you accept its appearance. Follow our installation guide; damage caused by improper installation or subfloor conditions is not covered.

Warranty

Product warranties are as stated on each product page and are limited to replacing the material.
